Since its first establishment in 2006, eECa has somewhat expanded. The name eECa, which reflected the name of the first 4 people in the group has evolved to become EEcafe with the establishment of this website around May of 2007. Since then, EEcafe has also successfully dragged a few artists to join the group, either as a permanent member, or a constant collaborative partner. These new members are:
* Conor: Mainly a writer and was once a comic-stripper, he helps out e1n dishing out story ideas and is a future cook for the group. Conor controls the kitchen with his iron fist and a buttload of knives.
* Shiroro: A doujin artist living in New York with a tendency to fill any blank piece of paper with gay. Currently obsessed with sharks.
* Tokiyoh: A doujin artist from Toronto who has successfully released a few doujin in collaboration with Shiroro. An expert with needles and a hobby in making cosplay costumes, Tokiyoh spends many sleepless nights sewing or sleeping with her needles.
* Jo: An illustrator who thinks this world is filled with sparkly sparkly happy happy moments. Jo is extremely sheltered; to a point where she refused to believe that the world is evil. Greatest fear includes, but is not limited to, spiders, blood, and dark places. Jo will be tabling at AX2008, so please bring her some bloody spiders.
* Jido: Jo's partner in crime, also an illustrator. Jido has a tendency to think that she can fly if she squawks like a bird and flaps her arms. It seems like countless failures have failed to convince her otherwise.
* Kamaniki: A digital artist who spends most of her life on oekaki boards, obsessing over South Park, Invader Zim, playing online games, or wrestling her dogs Yuki(Bless his soul), Tofu, and Sobi.
