Eggy started drawing comics back in his high school years during which he produced over 300 pages of extremely exaggerated and perverted short stories about the
everyday events of himself and his bizarre friends. This series of comic strips eventually became known as the Seaquam Comics. As a mean to produce one comic strip
before the end of day so his friends could read it, Eggy adapted the 'straight down' formula which consists of a comic drawn straight down on a page without any dividing
frames in order to save time.
Although the SC enjoyed a healthy life span of 4 years, it suddenly hit a brick wall when Eggy moved away from his hometown in pursuit of education in Montreal, Quebec. Separated from his friends that have always been the basis of his inspiration as well as his sole readership, Eggy found it difficult to further continue SC and ultimately ended it. The end of SC, however, gave rise to EggyLife, a result of Eggy's experiments with different comic themes.
In early 2006, Eggy's path came across Chang's and e1n's, who are also avid One Piece fans. The three got along well due to the similar taste in humor and interest in comics. After a few months of acquaintance, the three unofficially formed a group and released the first eEC comicstrip in May of 2006, in the 'straight down' format that Eggy used for his old Seaquam Comics.
Eggy enjoys drawing hentai as much as Chang enjoys blood, gore, torn apart intestines, and monsters. For Eggy, being a hentai artist is an occupation filled with conflicts. He draws hentai for the sole purpose of art, but he also knows that if his hentai art ends up on the monitor of someone who does not uphold his ideology, then it will be nothing but a jerking-off material, and this makes him upset. For this reason, he decided to be a closet hentai artist and only share his hentai drawings to a select few. Eggy does not draw porn for money.
As for long-term goals, Eggy is just as enthusiastic as e1n in turning eECa into a real manga studio, but he would also like to finish EggyLife so he could give the first hardcopy to his grandfather. Eggy's short-term goal involves finishing up a Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess doujinshi to avoid the wrath of a certain panda.
